Q: What areas do you service? What parts of central Ohio do you cover?

  A: We service Franklin, Licking, Delaware, Union, Madison, Pickaway, Fairfield, Perry, Muskingum and Knox Counties. We may be able to go to other areas that are close to those counties depending on how close to a potential customer we already have an existing customer.

Q: Can I pay for the entire season with one payment before the season starts?

  A: Yes, and receive a nice discount for "pre-paying".

Q: Do I need to be home when you visit to applicate our lawn?

  A: No, we don't notify you when we arrive, we will do our work and post a small sign on your lawn where it can be easily seen when you arrive home. You can then go to your front door and find your invoice along with any pertinent or important information and an envelope to send in your payment.  Even when we come to do your FREE lawn analysis and price quote you do not need to be home. But, if you want to be there when we visit, we can certainly arrange a time to meet with you at your convenience.


Q: Do you accept credit and or debit cards?

  A: Yes, we accept cards with the Visa, Mastercard or Discover logo.


Q: Does Christian Lawn Care stand behind their work?

  A: We strive to make every lawn healthy and weed free and the vast majority of lawns respond perfectly to services. On rare occasion, due to weather conditions or soil complexities ect. it is nessacary to take a second look and maybe make a determination of the best course of action for a challenge in a particular lawn. Customers who agree to a full season of lawn applications only need to call if they are not happy with the results of what we do. Sometimes we might recommend an additional service such as a lawn core aeration to make the root system healthier (always a good idea) or your lawn may have a disease or infested with an insect. When these type of things are needed there is an additional charge but, once in a while we find a situation where it looks like we just missed something and need to take care of it. Customers who have agreed to our recommendation of lawn applications get a spot treatment or additional application if needed at no charge.


Q: Do you use dry or liquid products?

  A: Both, depending on the time of the year and what we need to accomplish on a particular lawn we will use either or both. Generally speaking, when we are attacking broadleaf weeds or post emergence on crabgrass, the product is going to be liquid as it quite simply does a much better job.


Q: I don't like to leave my lawn too tall when I cut it, what do you recommend?

  A: Any lawn care operator such as myself, that knows what he is doing is going to remind you over and over again to "mow high and mow often with sharp blades". They are the cultural practices that the person cutting the grass can do to make the money they spend with their fertilization company much more worth it. For further information to understand why and to get details about best cultural practices for your lawn, please give us a call, we will be happy to discuss it with you whether you are our customer or not.
